Physiotherapist/ Director
M Phty, B ExSpSc, D Fit
From a very young age Michael has been involved in the fitness and health industry. His passion stemmed from the many years of professional swimming and competing where he was consistently visiting physiotherapists due to injuries. Being the patient for so long, Michael understands what it is like to be on the treatment table.

After many years of elite training, Michael decided to hang up his goggles and dedicate himself to helping others; the way that many had helped him. His journey began with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science at the Australian Catholic University and he then completed a Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney.

With the same motto he applied to his career as an athlete and a physiotherapist, he believes that the key to success is hard work, perseverance and loving what you do. Michael has a keen interest in using evidence-based research to develop new techniques and ideas to treat patients, He specialises in the use of ultrasound therapy and nerve glides to treat a variety of conditions. Michael has a specific interest in treating sporting injuries, acute and chronic peripheral nerve injury, meniscus tears, headaches and many more.

B Physiotherapy
Ryan’s interest in the body and how it functions began in his high school years, where he competed in athletics at a state level and participated in recreational indoor top rope climbing. Before long, Ryan sustained an elbow injury from climbing, leading to a halt in his activities. Following outstanding treatment from a physiotherapist which allowed him to resume his sports, Ryan had decided that he wishes to bring the same quality of physiotherapy treatments to others in need, in the same way that he had experienced years ago.

In 2020, Ryan began studying his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the Australian Catholic University and completed this degree in October 2023. During this time, Ryan also worked for 3 years as a physiotherapy assistant in a hospital setting, providing him experience in post-surgery rehabilitation. As a believer in ongoing learning, Ryan loves opportunities to learn new treatment techniques to maximise the quality of his work with clients. Ryan enjoys helping clients manage and overcome their conditions and injuries through employing a select combination of therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, advice and education, and other techniques. Now, having a passion for the sport of bouldering, Ryan has specific interests in treating wrist, elbow, and back injuries.
